What if I bought a ticket with the wrong discount?

If you accidentally bought a ticket with the wrong discount, you can exchange it at our point of sale no. 1, no later than 1 hour before the departure of the bus for the line in domestic public regular service and no later than 2 hours before the departure of the bus in the international regular service for the same departure, in which case you change only the discount parameters.

Article 46 General conditions of performance of station activity: "AKD undertakes, at the request of the passenger who cancels the trip, to make a refund of the money paid for the ticket, reduced by 10% of the ticket price in the name of manipulative costs, without the refund of the paid money for the station service, marking the place and platform ticket: • if the passenger contacts the information counter at Dubrovnik bus station no later than 1 hour before the departure of the bus for the line in domestic public regular transport, • if the passenger contacts the information counter at Dubrovnik bus station no later than 2 hours before the departure of the bus in international regular transport. After the expiration of the deadlines referred to in the previous paragraph, the information counter will instruct the passenger to realize his request directly from the carrier. The provision of paragraph 1 of this Article shall also apply in the case of: • if the carrier cancels the departure for a particular line, in which case the amount returned to the passenger is not reduced by 10%, with a refund of the paid money for the station service, marking the place and the platform ticket • if the carrier has reported a delay of 30 or more minutes from the regular departure for a particular route. The provision of this Article applies exclusively to tickets sold at the point of sale – Dubrovnik bus station cash registers. The provision of this Article applies exclusively to tickets sold at the point of sale – AKD cash registers. The passenger has the right to exchange the ticket for the second departure of the same carrier if he contacts the information counter at the Dubrovnik bus station, no later than 1 hour before the departure of the bus for the line in domestic public regular transport and no later than 2 hours before the departure of the bus in international regular transport, in which case he is not entitled to a refund of the paid money for the station service, marking of the place and platform ticket. There is also the possibility of return fot the tickets purchased online and via e-mail: kolodvor@libertasdubrovnik.com (this method of return refers exclusively to transactions from the Republic of Croatia - bank account should be from the Republic of Croatia). The procedure is carried out in accordance with Article 4.2 of the General Terms and Conditions of Online ticketing of the Dubrovnik Bus Station. Article 4.2 of the General Terms and Conditions of Online Ticketing of the Dubrovnik Bus Station: " In the event that the user does not want to return the ticket at the ticket officeof the Dubrovnik Bus Station, he can contact the professional staff of the Dubrovnik Bus Station, who will do so for the user. In this case, applications are submitted in writing, exclusively by e-mail: kolodvor@libertasdubrovnik.com. The request for this e-mail can be submitted exclusively in the working hours of customer service from 07:30 to 14:30. Outside the working hours of customer service, the ticket may be returned only in the manner described in point 4.1 of these General Terms and Conditions. The user is obliged to submit a ticket or his identification code (purchase confirmation) to the specified e-mail address, which he received after the payment was made. In the case of Art.. 4.2 tickets are returned in the manner described in the General Conditions of performance of station activities, and Bus station Dubrovnik is obliged to make a refund of the money paid for the ticket at the request of the passenger who cancels the trip, reduced by 10% of the ticket price in the name of handling costs, without a refund of the paid money for the station service, marking the place and the platform ticket.

On www.autobusni-kolodvor-dubrovnik.com website, users can buy tickets for regular passenger transport via the Internet. With each purchase via the Internet, the user agrees to the General Terms and Conditions of Ticket Ingle via the Internet, the General Conditions for the Performance of Station Activity of the Bus Station Dubrovnik and the General Conditions of Carriage for the selected carrier. A user who has purchased a ticket on the Website of the www.autobusni-kolodvor-dubrovnik.com via the Internet is obliged to pick it up at the the cash registers with a purchase certificate and transaction number. In case of return tickets, the user is obliged to book a return in accordance with the General Conditions of carriage of the selected carrier. By purchasing a ticket to a destination that involves crossing one or more borders, the user is obliged to possess a valid travel document.

Request information on the reservation of a seat for a return ticket purchased in Dubrovnik when purchasing a ticket if you are buying it at the box office, or if you are a ticket online, ask our employee for this information when picking up the ticket.
When picking up the ticket taht you have purchased, you must present a purchase confirmation that you received by e-mail after you have successfully completed the transaction.
