General terms and conditions of online ticket sales

1.1 These general (hereinafter: General Terms and Conditions of Online Sales) regulate the sale of tickets via the Internet on the website of Libertasa-Dubrovnik d.o.o., Branch Bus Station Dubrovnik, which supplement the determinants of the General Terms and Conditions of Station Activity in the currently valid version.

2.1 On the www.autobusni-kolodvor-dubrovnik.com website, users can purchase tickets for regular passenger transport via the Internet. With each purchase via the Internet, the user agrees to the General Terms and Conditions of Ticket via the Internet, the General Conditions for the Performance of Station Activity of the Bus Station Dubrovnik and the General Conditions of Carriage for the selected carrier. 2.2 A user who has purchased a ticket via the Internet on the website of www.autobusni-kolodvor-dubrovnik.com, is obliged to pick it up at the cash registers of the Branch with a confirmation of purchase and transaction number. 2.3. In the case of return tickets, the user is obliged to book a return in accordance with the General Conditions of carriage of the selected carrier. 2.4. By purchasing a ticket to a destination involving the crossing of one or more borders, the user is obliged to possess a valid travel document.

3.1 When purchasing a ticket via the Internet, the ticket purchase agreement is realized by submitting a certificate of successful purchase by e-mail. In order for the entire purchase to be successfully completed, a successful completion of the payment module is required, and the purchase confirmation will be delivered by e-mail only after the payment has been completed. In the event that no electronic payment is made, the purchase is deleted. By purchasing a ticket, after a successful payment transaction, after which the ticket and the invoice were sent to the user's e-mail address, the user accepted the Contract of carriage between the user and the carrier in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Carrier as well as the brokerage agreement between the user and Dubrovnik bus station. 

3.2 If the user has chosen one of the discounts when purchasing a ticket online, when entering the carrier's vehicle, the same holds the right to ask for proof that the user is a member of the discount category he has chosen. If the user does not prove it, he is obliged to pay the full price of the ticket. In the event that the user does not agree to charge the price difference in the above case, the carrier reserves the right to prevent the user from entering the vehicle. 

4.1 The ticket is either replaced or returned in the manner described by the General Conditions of performance of station activities exclusively at the box office of complaints of the Dubrovnik Bus Station. 

4.2 In the event that the user does not wish to return the ticket at the ticket offices of the Dubrovnik Bus Station, he may contact the staff of the Dubrovnik Bus Station, who will do so for the user. In this case, applications are submitted in writing, exclusively by e-mail: kolodvor@libertasdubrovnik.com. The request can be submitted to this e-mail only during the working hours of Customer Service from 07:30 to 14:30. Outside the working hours of customer service, the ticket may be returned only in the manner described in point 4.1 of these General Terms and Conditions. The user is obliged to submit a ticket or his identification code (purchase confirmation) to the specified e-mail address, which he received after the payment was made. In the case of St. 4.2 tickets are returned in the manner described in the General Conditions of performance of station activities, and Bus station Dubrovnik is obliged to make a refund of the money paid for the ticket at the request of the passenger who cancels the trip, reduced by 10% of the ticket price in the name of handling costs, without a refund of the paid money for the station service, marking the place and the platform ticket. 

4.3. Dubrovnik bus staton will notify the carrier by e-mail that the ticket has been returned or replaced, i.e. that it is not valid. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. 

5.1 The payment process is described on the www.autobusni-kolodvor-dubrovnik.com website. 

6.1 Personal data from the order are collected, processed and used in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws in the Republic of Croatia. In the case of ordering/purchasing on the website www.autobusni-kolodvor-dubrovnik.com, credit card information are protected by a secure online connection (SSL) between the client's personal computer and the connected computer. 

7.1 Tickets purchased via the Internet are kept in the electronic system of the Bus Station in Dubrovnik for at least 10 years. 

8.1 Based on the technical specificities of on line usage, it cannot be guaranteed that all purchase modules on the website www.autobusni-kolodvor-dubrovnik.com will be available at any time. 8.2 In the event of a dispute, the exclusive application of law in the Republic of Croatia and the jurisdiction of the competent court in Dubrovnik are agreed. 8.3 Any attempt to misuse the printed tocket shall be reported to the competent institutions of the Republic of Croatia. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, users agree to use the personal information from the credit card in case of misuse of the printed ticket.
